Quiet, charming, comfortable, and great location just 5-10 minutes away from everything in Lower Hutt. Avalon Park just around the corner is great for the kids and for walks. We also loved the conservatory in the back, and our pets loved the chance to feel outdoors but still be indoors. Being able to bring our pets was hugely helpful.
Front door lock sticks a bit, and requires turning the key and the door knob at the same time, which is a bit of a pain if you're trying to carry groceries or anything.

The house is within walking distance of an excellent breakfast and lunch spot. Bus stops are close as well as a very nice park.
The home itself is first class, nice kitchen facilities, very clean all around, a sunroom, and private backyard.
We were very happy with everything. Absolutely no complaints.
