Nicht alles war gut

It was ok.
We liked the terrace, and the apartment was big.
We had a dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum, fridge, coffee maker, etc., all the things you need in a decent apartment.
After we cleaned the apartment, we had a decent stay.
-The bed sheets smelled bad, we had to wash them.
-We had to wash the towels as well.
-The apartment was not cleaned properly (the floor was dirty and the couch as well). We had to vacuum and mop the floors ourselves.
-The dust wasn't swept.
-There is no option to leave the luggage if you arrive early, only if you pay extra for early check-in.
-We had to pay a deposit of 300 euros as insurance, but you get it back at the end of our stay.
Basically, the only major problem was the cleanliness. Please talk to your cleaning staff.
