There was adequate parking and plenty of space within the house.
It was grubby cobwebs everywhere. Ants in the kitchen. The overflow was dripping over the front door as you went in. The key safe came out of the wall when we tried to open it. One of the bedrooms had half of the vertical blinds missing so we had to fashion something with a towel and suitcase etc so we could get changed and keep the light out.
