What did I like? Really the question is; what's there not to like. Everything from the staff to the Villa were exceptional. Let's start from the beginning, the staff. Wilson, the man that holds it all together, picked me up from my location once I touched down at the airport in Entebbe. He was very friendly and made it a comfortable atmosphere from the very first words he spoke. He told me about my surroundings as we drove and we got to know one another quickly because of it. I'm engaged to a Ugandan woman and he gave me so much insight into the culture that there were no surprises once I met her family. You couldn't ask for a better host. It says 1 night but I ended up staying for more because of him, the staff and the villa itself. He made it seamless and accommodated every need that I had. If I had a question he was literally a phone call away. He didn't ignore or push it off until it was convenient for him, he answered immediately. John, the chef, was another amazing addition to the team. He was punctual and attentive. He offered a variety of options for me to choose from, instead of telling me what he made that morning or night. The first night I had an amazing chicken curry. The first breakfast, I had the best pineapple I've ever put in my mouth amongst other things like an omelette and home fries. I felt like I was at home, but with a much better view and no work at all. He was attentive and detail oriented. It got to a point where he understood my tastes so well that I didn't even need to tell him what I would want. From memory he would remember the things I really liked and the things I didn't care for at all. I'm not used to being waited on hand and foot, but he demanded it in the nicest way. He could see I didn't expect it but went above and beyond to attend to me. He's one of the many stars of the show. Olivia, the head house keeper, shined just as bright.

There is nothing not to like. It's off the beaten path but so well worth it. The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't able to stay longer and that had nothing to do with the villa or the staff, only that I needed to get back to real life.

This property is a magnificent architectural building well managed by the enthusiast Wilson. This was our second stay here after having an amazing first time stay. The house is huge and meticulously maintained b y the housekeeping team led by Olivia and great English breakfast to compliment your stay served by an amazing chef(John) The green demarcations on between the houses are so grown that not only obstruct the neighbors from seeing the other side of the building but also offer a beautiful green scenery of the place. I must commend the manager Wilson for always being present for the timely service delivery. Highly recommend

The apartments are big and airy. The location is Garuga and not Entebbe which is misleading

We had booked 2x 4 bedroom apartments and when we arrived, we were told that they thought it was a duplicate booking and had cancelled the second one. This was despite responding to an email asking if l wanted 2 blocks or whether it was an error and l replied saying l wanted both. The next morning there was no water in the taps. We spoke to the staff who said it was out of their control. No solutions offered so we went without a shower.
