We stayed in June 2026. Davide met us at the property and gave us a tour. Cristina and he designed a beautiful, spacious apartment. Floor-to-ceiling windows open to a balcony with an unobstructed view of Lake Como with Varenna in the distance. The walk up the hill from the harbor to have those views is worth it. The kitchen is well-appointed, and provided with eggs, yogurt, bread, fruit, and prosecco; we were able to prepare a breakfast one day. Davide was readily available via WhatsApp to answer questions and even give restaurant recommendations.
This is just a tip, not really a complaint, as I probably missed this in the communications from Davide. The front door is on a pedestrian-only street. If traveling by car or taxi, park on a lot at the intersection of Via N. Sauro and Via de Fabbri and walk down Via dei Fabbri about 300-350 feet.

Stunning apartments in a perfectly convenient location within walking distance of the hotel Grand Victoria is just 10 minutes away✨
The apartment is the same as in the photo, everything is very clean, the design was perfect, beautiful, the owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly, there is an incredible view from the balcony of the lake.
The apartment is spacious, which is a rarity. I stay in it and it’s much nicer than in a hotel with small rooms. I definitely recommend this gorgeous place😍🙏🏽
Everything was amazing 😍

This property is incredible and is as stunning as it looks in the pictures. The views are amazing. You are 5 mins from the city center walking. And the views are unbelievable. The hosts are incredible and walk you through everything from parking to providing amazing amenities even for children. They are truly spectacular hosts with the most beautiful property.
The property is on top of the hill so be aware you will have to walk up and down the hill to go from the city center to the property. But this is common for all of lake Como
