L’emplacement est super chouette. J’adore le quartier.

It is a small but well-arranged apartment, you have almost everything you need for a few days in Paris.

The location of this place was amazing, very charming apartment with everything needed for an extended stay. Shower was very good and the use of space was very impressive!! Loved that the host made a guide that we could refer to, both for care of the apartment and for recommendations of where to go, eat, etc. Very quiet neighborhood and very accessible location to both the metro and local restaurants, shops, etc. Also being on the floor level was very helpful as our father used a cane. Air conditioning was also very sufficient.

It was a little too cozy when the sofa bed was out for 3 people, although that information wasn't hidden from us, just hadn't thought about it. We traveled with my senior father so when he was ready to go to bed, then it was pretty hard to do much of anything other than go to bed too. The only other thing was that some of the main bathing and cleaning products (hand soap, shampoo dispenser, laundry detergent) were pretty low or completely out that we had to go buy stuff to replace it. Everything else was great! We would definitely stay here again, just not with 3 people 😊

The property was exactly as advertise: charming, clean, and well equipped. The location was easy to find, with a supermarket and a fantastic bistro just around the corner. We were personally welcomed by the host despite our train arriving almost 1.5 hours late due to delays. Overall, the apartment itself was lovely and our stay would have been excellent if not for the unresolved air conditioning issue.

The property was advertised as having air conditioning, which was one of the main reasons we chose it during a heat wave in all of Europe. Upon arrival, we discovered that the AC remote was taped over, limiting its functions, and the unit appeared to be stuck in heating mode. We reported the issue immediately and continued to request assistance throughout our stay, but it was never resolved. Communication was frustrating. We were told multiple times that the issue had been forwarded to the host and that updates would follow, but no one came to assist. On our third day, we were sent an instruction manual in French and asked to troubleshoot the unit ourselves. As a result, we spent our stay in an uncomfortably warm apartment, especially in the loft sleeping area, relying on a small portable clip on fan that we use for our children stroller and open windows for relief. This was disappointing because the apartment itself was otherwise great. We only wish our concerns had been addressed and that the advertised air conditioning had been functional. We hope this issue is addressed promptly, as we would not want other families, particularly those traveling with young children during warmer months, to experience the same discomfort.
