The location was good and positioned well for Olympia.
A comfortable bed.
Reasonably close to West Kensington tube station.
No power in our room on arrival so spent the first night in the dark!
This was fixed the next day.
The number for the property on booking.com did not answer but there was good response from the staff numbers provided at the hotel itself. The hotel responded well.
The boiler being located directly outside our room in a damaged cupboard made it very hot.

Cheapest option within a decent location, pretty good connections with a short walk to the subway that gets you too many places of interest within less than half an hour. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Liked but there was a desk and a kettle for making tea because I had to do a little bit of work. Check-in process was easy and staff was responsive.
The drains smell, which was quite a bummer. Keeping the bathroom door closed kind of helped but as it is a hanging door, the room also sometimes stank. And there was some issue with laundry delivery so the first evening there was only one towel between the two of us in our room - could surely be worth having extra back up towels on site…

Zona residenziale tranquilla, super comoda, vicino a due fermate metropolitana e tre linee (circle, district, piccadilly). Supermercati e diversi ristoranti/take away a breve distanza.
Molto basic, odore di fogna persistente, zero armadi in camera. Check in con busta sulla scrivania all'ingresso, pulizie su richiesta, ideale solo per soggiorni brevi, non più di due notti.
