- walkable distance from CIQ (linked bridge from CIQ to the r&f mall, property was on the opposite side of the mall.
- spacious, the aircon was strong and good.
- furniture were mostly clean and updated
pillows were really comfortable
- staff were highly responsive and helpful to inquiries
- had an extra toilet in the main bedroom which was convenient
- many facilities provided, swimming pool exc. (did not try but appreciate that it was provided)
- property is linked to the r&f mall itself thru a bridge at level 8 so it’s easily accessible.
- a little dusty (but when we informed the staff, they were quick to respond and sent someone over to clean it right away, which is highly appreciated)
- a little confusing on how to get to the lobby since it’s in the carpark

Great location, near the custom and the coast. Accessible to most places in JB by Grab. Linked to R&F mall by a bridge. Great recreational facilities including a gym , sauna and snooker table. Friendly and responsive staff too!
Checking out process can be improved especially if you are driving. I don’t see why they can’t let you out of the carpark without the access card when you hv already registered your car reg no with them upon check in. Had to go back to retrieve the card from the mailbox after I’d returned it when I checked out of the room.

Cleanliness of the unit and the building. Good lifts. Easy to open the unit entrance door. Sense of security. Tall ceiling. Great lighting in the room. No "office type" desk and chair.
The breakfast counter is matched with chairs which are too low. This makes it very difficult to sit and work at a computer. I had to pull in the table and chairs from the balcony in order to work at my computer. Although it's possible, from the balcony, to see the water and Singapore across the water, most of what you see is other buildings - even into units in other buildings. I drove. It's highly inconvenient to park "by the roadside" and collect/return the key cards - because there are no designated "5-minute parking" at the entrance to the car park. Also, I was overwhelmed by the instructions WhatsApped to me. Just too much to digest. Fortunately the security guards were very pleasant and helpful.
