The staff were so lovely and accommodating to ensure we had all we needed for the time spent in Zhangjiajie. The room had perfect views towards the karsts. Expansive windows giving amazing views.
Staff attended to our Laundry, provided amazing foods for breakfast and dinner. (We went out for dinner 1 night and realised, just stay at the hotel for food, the cooks are great!)
That we had to leave.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and from the moment of our arrival Daisy, the receptionist, has been extremely helpful and available to assist us. She explained how to reach the different attractions and provider us with a well planned itinerary for our 3 days.
Without her, our experience of Zhangjiajie would have been completely different and even more difficult!

We loved everything about this place! It felt more like a homestay than a hotel. The wonderful Daisy looked after us like family. She was so helpful and kind. The room was lovely with very comfortable bed. Views were fantastic too!
No complaints!
