proximity to the strip

not enough towels, no chopping boards

The location was good, but we did not have breakfast included

No kettle, no toaster, no microwave, no hair dryer, no proper tea towels, no anti-slip mat in the bath, none on the bathroom floor, so I bought some as the floor was very slippery, a trip hazard balcony to lounge and utility room to kitchen, no hand rail for the bath badly equiped just odds and sod of cuttelry kitchen has one saucepan you could see it was used for boiling water or eggs due to the white chalk appearane i had to buy wire scoaring pads to clean it dirt and dust behind the washing machine kitchen bin needed cleaning dust pan needed cleaning it states it is on the first floor but it is on the second with 43 steps to walk up the wrong pin code was sent to access the building. We got some assistance from some passing holidaymakers, as phoning the agent was voicemail in Spanish, left a message as good as I could, as I don't speak Spanish, no safety rail to enter and exit the bath, and half a bag of cement in a bucket at the side of the washing machine beer empty beer crates and other objects stacked on top of tall larder coboard looking ready to fall and still paid the cleaning charge
