Staff were brilliant and entertaining. We had a great stay.

La posizione è decisamente favorevole per muoversi a piedi in centro senza problemi di utilizzo mezzi pubblici.

La camera su richiesta viene "pulita" ogni giorno, ma la pulizia comprende solo il rifacimento del letto e il cambio asciugamani. Spazzare il pavimento NON è previsto. Occhio! 😒

It was a short walk to liffy and temple bar. The rooms are nice and look alot better than the outside of the hotel which was a pleasant surprise. Lovely linen and pillows. There was a coffee machine, complimentary water, a blow dryer and bathroom products.

We had 2 staff experiences. Our first visit the lady was not welcoming at all and I nearly cancelled our future booking. Our second visit the man that checked us in was so friendly and polite im pleased we stayed. Id book again. Sadly Dublin is feeling run down.

- we stayed there because we needed a room with 3 beds and in the city centre so we didn't have a lot of expectations. honestly, the room was ok-ish: no room for the luggage or wardrobe but spacious bathroom - we had an issue with the wifi but staff were helpful

- unfortunately we stayed there for 2 nights, including a friday evening ... even through the windows the loud was so loud until 3-4am we almost felt like the party happened in the hotel - so if you stay on friday, i wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. thrusday evening was ok: a bit loud due to the bars in the street but it stopped around 12am - the lift was not working (and from the reviews it's been the case for a few months) so be ready to carry your suitcase. - we didn't leave our suitcases but there's no official room for it, it's left near reception along the stairs (but hotel is small)
