La propreté de l'appartement et sa situation en centre ville.
Problème de bruit excessif de l'appartement du dessus

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. Very good wifi.
Parking (in the whole town) could be difficult so when parked we tended not to use the car.

The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Granville. I stayed with my 82-year old mother who managed, despite using a crutch while she waits for a new hip later this summer.
The little kitchen is very convenient, but beware of the scalding hot water! It's amazing, but a shock if you are not used to it. The bedroom is simple and lovely. The apartment is filled with natural light and looked freshly painted.
The sofabed has a good mattress, but is oddly high in the middle! However, this property would usually be booked for a couple, so this should not be a problem.
The communal entry is not so inviting. Fortunately, you are not staying in it!
Loud people in the street below late at night - not the fault of the property - take ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. Likewise, there was a very loud event at the other end of the walled town / haute ville on Thursday night.
I had never noticed how noisy seagulls can be at night!

Die Lage war gut,die Ausstattung auch.
Die Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto war sehr, sehr, sehr schlecht und die Ferienwohnung war sehr, sehr eng.
