A new house in an excellent location for exploring Madeira. The house is spacious, bright, clean, and very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. It looks exactly like the photos. Communication with the host was great.
All was good

We had a great stay in these spacious and well-equipped apartments on the south coast of Madeira. The apartment had everything we needed – a private garage, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The location is excellent – easy access to all directions along the southern coast, and the airport is just a short and convenient drive away.
A couple of things to keep in mind: the area can be a bit noisy due to a nearby highway and some ongoing construction. The windows insulate the sound well when closed, but since there’s no air conditioning, it can get a little warm at night. Also, the driveway leading up to the apartment is quite steep – but anyone with regular driving skills will manage it just fine.

Modern and comfortable
A very steep climb up the hill and there was a construction site nearby
