Location was excellent, facilities were excellent. I think Ofurno should be available to all hotel guests for an additional charge.
the pillows are the only thing. They were unfortunately not comfortable.

Location near to the station was very good, rooms very clean and well furnished.
It was the only hotel that we stayed in Japan where the staff were nowhere near the standard I would expect. We were made to feel quite unwelcome at times and so we avoided spending any unnecessary time in the hotel. This contrasted completely with other hotels during our visit and as a result I couldn’t possibly comment on the standard of food and services available. We were very pleased to leave.
