Great location, house is very spacious. There are 2 bathrooms and an extra shower & toilet in the downstairs laundry. There are 2 living areas. The downstairs living area is open plan with large lounge, dining, kitchen.
Upstairs has another smaller living area. Parking for 1 car. The owners live on the property in a separate house. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, 1 with 2 single beds. Air conditioning units are in the living areas and the upstairs bedroom only. There was 1 working fan in one of the other bedrooms. The house is very clean. The pool is nice.
1 of the fans in the bedrooms was not working.
The driveway was very steep.
