Breakfast was not included with our booking. The apartment was excellent, it was in a great central position with easy access for walking and the metro. It was easy to access via door codes and was very clean bright and comfortable. We had a corner apartment on the 5th floor with lovely street views. The bedroom was small due to it being a corner room but the bed was very comfortable.
No complaints about anything. Be aware of the small spiral staircase to the reception on level one and a very small lift (only big enough for 2 persons or 1 plus a suitcase) to the remaining floors.

The location was excellent for me. The facility was brand-new-looking and the interior was very stylish.
Especially I could use a lot of pillows and they had excellent quality. Kitchen equipments were good enough and very convenient. The staff was very kind and they were in office from 9 to 6 so that I felt safe enough.
My room was 1st floor. There were a lot of cafes around there. Unfortunately I was very uncomfortable with their smoking smells when I opened the window.

Brilliant space, well curated interiors, luxurious marbled ladden shower room with clean lines. The bed was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on the clouds! Cherry on top was the cute balcony.
Not being a conventional hotel, it lacked some of the services like a welcoming reception, a lobby and room service. But then again it was priced much lower than a hotel with similar amenities and space- so can’t complain!

Excellent location with laundry facility. The kitchen was fully stocked and the hide a bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated! Staff was wonderful!
While there is an elevator, it is extremely small—it holds one person and a small roller bag.at best. The elevator is on the second floor (by US sedition) and there are spiral stairs to all floors.
