Location was excellent. The apartment had all mod cons with clear instructions on how everything operated. I will look forward to staying there again in the future!

I had a little difficulty getting into the parking space to start with.. Partly because I had my bike carrier on the back.. Partly because two large cars were parked in the adjacent spaces but my manoeuvring skills improved over the week!

Nice small house in a great location in Bowness-on-Windermere. Lots of amenities nearby and short walk into the town centre. Very nicely decorated.

The place could be a bit comfier, maybe with another sofa and a proper dining table. It was a bit difficult to open the kitchen door at times which was probably a bit of a fire risk!

Beautifully decorated Not too far walk from.town although it was at the top of a big hill so.anyine with limited mobility would struggle

The settee shown in the pictures has obviously been changed since the photos were taken and it has been replaced with the smallest 2 seater settee o have ever encountered. The settee is far too small and uncomfortable. Ended up sitting on cushions on the floor. We knew the kitchen was small by the pictures. However, it is tiny, with no workspace what so ever. No where to out a plate or anything. The hob was tricky to work out and the oven/microwaves controls are literally on the floor. So being elderly mynparents couldn't get down to use it. However it didn't spoil.their breaknaway as we all ate out every night. 4 poster bed is very noisy....only had to move slightly and it was rattling Beautiful quirky cottage but a larger settee is definitely needed

The cottage is in a great location and has a car park space.

The kitchen bin smelt really bad of cigarette ends. The bed was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise if you moved. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable.
