Bed was too soft (old) and window unit was noisy.

This location was great. Shopping is really close. The property is well maintained. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff was friendly as well..
Do Not use the laundry room here. The non stackable machine will make your clothes smell when you take them out. I had to re-wash them and NO refund was given. Apparently only the manager can issue refunds and not the front desk staff. I have yet to hear from the manager as they were not on duty during my 4 night stay.
They are cashless.
The room was very musty. We asked to be moved but the room across the hall was musty as well. People had their dogs out in the hotel.
