We liked the simple space.
We did not like the level of customer service. The booking was contradicting on when we could check in. The sleeper couch was broken, when we phoned we were treated like idiots and was informed that was why there was a blow up mattress. The listing was not accurate.

Good size, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Everything was extremely clean, lots of parking and provided enough linen etc for it being cold.
Bed was quite soft but that is personal preference for a firmer bed. The lounge furniture could be more comfortable.

A modern spacious house in an excellent location just steps away from the botanical gardens and 20 mins walk to the city. Good size rooms. Immaculately clean and well equipped. House had own parking space but this was tight for larger vehicles. Free parking is available directly outside on the street so all was good.
Sofa bed in lounge was broken so we were required to use a blow up bed. We did not know this in advance. This caused an issue when our daughter arrived separately after two very long flights from UK. Owner was helpful when we raised a query but it would have been better to have had a functioning sofa bed. Despite this small issue we would highly recommend this property.

Have never used a door code before so was a bit confused as to we're the key pad was. Also I could not get the TV to work I think the battery was flat on the remote
