A good choice is a balcony suite overlooking the lake. Restaurant very good. Dining staff excellent.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful & very well maintained. The food at Ambrai restaurant was also very good. Staff was helpful.
Only issue I had once was at dinner on Friday night when the restaurant got crowded & the intern waiters didn't coordinate my order well.
Apart from that all good. The hotel also had private boat facility for sunset tour of lake Pichola, which was pricey but fantastic

Extraordinary beautiful hotel, right on the waterfront. Spacious rooms, well decorated and air-conditioned. We had 2 rooms with a dedicated living quarter in between. Helpful staff with taxi booking and transports booking.
