Excellent value! Large 24 hr market around the corner had everything we needed. Made breakfast in the kitchen each day. Oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker. Very good communication with host. Easy entry with numeric keypads.

Great location near to the 7 train. The street and neighbors are considerably quiet. 24-hour market and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Communication with the property manager is great.

Nob was an awesome host and great customer support when needed

Nob was easy to communicate with. The spot was safe and good place to lay your head at night. It was sufficient for what we needed. The distance to Manhattan was accurately described. Subway was close by. Comfort wise - the property needs maintenance - the flooring is coming up and in poor condition (especially in kitchen), parts of the couch (especially arm rests) were soiled (visible stains) and on cushion. The restroom ceilings need attention (a good scrub and fresh paint). Window screen in restroom was ripped open. The shower floor didn't seem too clean and old shampoos and items were left on floor (Did not feel welcoming or tidy). Some items that would be helpful for guests: A shower tower to place shampoo/soap/wash cloths, etc. Two towels per person, the current cutting board is moldy, extra trash bags, hair dryer was missing, There were no pot holders to pull pan out of oven. One cookie sheet would be helpful.
