Good communication with host. Very clean apartment. Parking in front of the house
Terrible bed. Mattress of poor quality resting on thin wood plank. Uncomfortable and making noise when you move. I don’t understand why some owners spend money on accessories and kitchen and provide a very bad bed.
Depending on the night Wifi was not fast enough to watch a movie. No noise from the road but could hear the guests from ground floor screaming late at night and early morning

We loved Seixal. The beach was amazing, and the views of the ocean incredible. Great location to access all the sights on the northern side of island.
The apartment was sort of small, not many restaurants in town.
