Huge villa, very comfortable, great location
There's nothing to stop someone staying here.. the little niggles were
The ceiling paint is falling off over the front door
The floor by the skirting hasn't been cleaned for a while..grimy
The shower in the main bedroom hasn't been fully cleaned
The crockery was plenty, but unmatched
The cutlery was barely adequate.. only 3 teaspoons
But.. adequate for our party and didn't cause issues

It was comfortable and in a good location.
No mention of pool heater purchase on the app but the homeowner was able to assist.
