Great location, away from some of the other busier parts around Lake Como. Pool was a lovely bonus - it's not completely private as its shared with other apartments so hit and miss if its busy. Parking at the location - would recommend hiring a small car as it can be tight to turn around at the stay.
Hire a car, roads not safe to walk around

The appartment had all the facilities you would like. Besides a very nice and clean interior. The appartment had a very nice balcony with a wonderful view over the lake! Also the swimming pool was very nice.
The appartment is located in Dervio a nice little town not so touristic. We were aware of it so it was fine, but don’t expect a nice long boulevard. From the apartment it was a 20 min walk to the centre, next to a road. Best to take the car to other villages.

Mooi appartement, airco, netheid, zicht vanop het terras over het meer, rustig weg van de toeristische drukte, prachtig zwembad met zicht op het meer, veilig parkeren.
