Staff Amazing. So welcoming & helpful. Awesome location, great rooftop, fabulous dinner & breakfast. Organised driver for us to get from Tetouan airport and then the taxi to the bus stop to go to Fes. Much appreciated👍🏻

The location was amazing - right in the heart of the medina
The whole riad was beautifully decorated
An excellent breakfast was provided on the terrace with great homemade pastries, spreads, bread and choice of eggs
The terrace area provided great views over the medina
Room was a decent size
They provided someone to help with our luggage both ways to taxis which was great
We arrived at 3.45 from Fes after a long journey and our rooms weren't ready - despite them knowing what time we were due to arrive and it being after the 3pm check in time.

Clean breakfast was served on time as described. Rooms were impeccable. Customer service was great.
Extremely difficult to get to a person has to be fit to do it no parking available the only parking was down the hill and to Cary your luggage is a hassle. Also I thought that the payment went through but learned that I had to pay afterwards for some reasons I don’t understand my American Express couldn’t be read by their card reader and to get cash to checkout. Other than than all good.
