After Chapter Hotel Gwanganri

Nice hotel, pretty and aesthetic, good location

There was no breakfast as advertised and the main problem was after checkout we asked if we could spend a few hours by the pool and they were like nope not allowed.. you already don’t offer food, you might then let us stay a few more hours by the pool..

The hotel has a beautiful aesthetic and a unique atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We also loved the record player and vinyl in the room, which added a cozy and distinctive touch. The location is excellent, right by the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and activities.

Unfortunately, despite its stylish design, we would not recommend this hotel. The room was extremely small, with virtually no space for luggage. The layout was also impractical: the sink was outside the bathroom, yet there was nowhere to place toiletries or cosmetics. There were no hooks or racks to hang and dry towels, and thus several basic hotel conveniences seemed to be missing. Although the room itself looked nice, it was incredibly dark. There was very little lighting, making simple tasks such as applying makeup difficult. This dark atmosphere extended throughout the hotel. Cleanliness was also disappointing. The bathrobe appeared stained, the towels did not seem completely fresh, and there was dust in the room. The pool was too cold to enjoy, which was unfortunate. The spa retreat was a pleasant surprise: a private meditation room with a warm soaking tub and essential oils for 45 minutes. It was relaxing, although not particularly exceptional. The hotel often felt unusually quiet, with very little staff visible and dark corridors that created a somewhat empty atmosphere.

Das Zimmer ist definitiv mal etwas anderes, das Bett war sehr bequem und der Ausblick war auch super.

Das Hotel hat kleinere Macken, wie das am Aufzug die Schrift wegblättert, es im Zimmer selbst Abdrücke von der Pflanze auf dem Boden gab. Eines Abends hat meine Decke getropft weil wohl das Zimmer oben derber den Jakuzzi benutzt hat. Außerdem wurde gesagt, dass es ab September wieder Frühstück geben sollte und ich hatte das auch eigentlich dazu gebucht, es im September dann aber immer noch keines gab.
