The location was great, just steps away from the tram. The apartment was comfortable for two people and the air-conditioning was very much appreciated.
The entrance and stairs to the apartment were very messy with cables everywhere (being refurbished). The bathrooms had a nasty smell on some days, which we couldn't explain.

Location was great, right on the tram line and a bunch of good food locations, as well as a supermarket nearby. Excellent AC which was much needed in the Nice summer heat. Comfortable beds.
Bathrooms are a little odd - one of them doesn't have a toilet (it's by the living room door). The shower also doesn't drain properly and water can spill easily because there aren't any shower doors.
