Goede waterdruk :-)
Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding in orde.

The property is safe and located very well in Montmartre. Great amenities around, Aldi, bakeries, restaurants, bars, few min walk to attractions. The bathroom has good shower pressure, there was a functional kitchen and a little living room space to eat. Bed was comfortable enough.
There was a lot of small untidiness - left over ashtray with ash, not fully cleaned dishes, hair in the bathroom, and a lot of dust and fluff on the carpet. I ended up taking out the hoover to clean the floors as we didn’t feel comfortable.
The door in the bathroom was missing, replaced with the curtain, which we learned only after we’ve paid. Wasn’t a big deal in the end, but could be more clear about it.
Not a lot of wardrobe space - only a small hanging rack as big wardrobe was locked off. There was a nail sticking out of the floor in the door between living room and bedroom, which could cause an accident. When we asked for some extra advice from the host aka if there was a wine opener in the flat we could use, they never replied to us.
Again, all of which could be taken as cosmetic, not important details - however, when I pay for a home away from home experience, I prefer to walk into a clean space. I recommend hiring a cleaning service, or having a better checklist before any new guests arrive.
