The staff at the front and how it was downtown

Don’t believe the hype it doesn’t have a rooftop to sit , they don’t have a spa , it’s some dude that comes in to massage you, but you have to text him and do all this other stuff so it wasn’t worthed , it would’ve been easier if the front could’ve booked a nice spa day.room service don’t knock they come right in .microwave downstairs on 2nd floor it’s not in the room. I got to park in front of the hotel and parking authority never bother you so that was a plus I got free parking right in front.the coffee shop should offer more , you have to make sure you have a a lot of money for a slice of toast.. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast the pictures do not believe.

Our AC didn’t work well. Thankfully the weather was not hot.

Comfortable and close to everything downtown St Pete

Was supposed to have a room with a high floor....got a room on the 4th floor...not a deal breaker but not what I paid for

loved the location and the cafe on site. balcony was also great!

paid to park or move car locations, not very clean bathroom, not the usual free soaps you normally see at hotels. Felt like a 3 star hotel at best.
