The hotel itself looks great. New, nice rooms, amenities. The blackout curtains didn’t cover window on top and sides, so it was light when the sun came out. Too light to sleep. Blackout blinds or custom blackout drapes are needed. Hotel sits on highway so traffic could be heard all night long. Instead of shrubs across the road, a tall evergreen could reduce noise. We were disappointed when we returned at end of day to see that we didn’t have maid service. No signage in room to let you know they don’t have maid service.
These changes could create a much different, more enjoyable experience.
Room wasn’t dark, noisy with traffic, no maid service.

The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is the best bathroom I have ever encountered. The coffee bar and sitting area off the downstairs lobby was inviting and comfortable. The decor of the building was lovely and inviting. Location was in a great spot to enable us to access surrounding activities easily. There were a wide variety of activities available.
The only thing I did not like is that our room had a stale odor to it. The room was visibly clean and not offputting. However, the smell was offputting when you initially entered the room. It did become less noticeable after you were in the room for a few minutes. If it had not, I would’ve had to have changed rooms.

It was similar to many motels. Nothing special.
They had a broken door closure device that failed in the wind. They put us in a room right next to it. It kept waking us up every time someone entered or left the building as it slammed. There was a lack of security at doors when front desk was unoccupied.

"Spazi ampi, massima pulizia, struttura nuova. Stanze comode, con due televisori, ampia cucina e grande bagno funzionale
Mancava un asse da stiro e un ferro da stiro"
