Highly recommend this place. Stefano and Franz were great hosts with excellent communication. They provided excellent instructions, provided really useful advice and great restaurant suggestions. Franz has checked in with us all the way through. We were able to walk everywhere. The building looks like in a run down area but once you get through the door, its really nice and modern. Room was spacious. Shower was big. Good value for money. And the coffee shop near by was a great recommendation.
If i had to pick something to improve, and thats a hard pick because it was great, is that we were keep hitting the door handle on the way to the toilet. Its quite tight. We put a towel on the handle at the end which saved us some bruises. But thats very manageable.

Everything was clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was amazing. The bed was really comfortable. We liked everything about the room.
The only thing is the room could get hot fast because it is a bit little but the A/C works well.

The view from the room was great. Partial sea view and the city. Two balconies as well.
