Excellent location

I was refused details of how to access the property until I registered our details online, which wasn't possible as my camera lenses were broken. Lots of emails repeating that I could not have the details and no one answers the phone. Our last morning at an excellent hotel was ruined with anxiety. After finding the Booking.com telephone number I eventually got through to the UK office. They then contacted the hosts and we were given the necessary information whilst in the taxi to Bergamo. There is only one pillow per person. The showers very basic. Out exactly at 10am with your luggage.

Excellent location right in the centre of Citta Alta. Lovely bright spacious accomodation.

Central location.

The department sits DIRECTLY ABOVE a very busy Italian bar with lots of patrons and music - and then all the clearing up - right through until 2.30am in the morning for our 3 night stay. Very disruptive sleeping experience for all. If we’d known the close proximity to the bar in advance we would have avoided this particular apartment.
