Our stay was awesome for The Run 4 Roses Classic AAU Basketball. Everything went well. The Nulu area is perfect. The purpose of my critique here is to take this apartment from a 3.8 star to a 5 star. Not to bash it. Communication with The Host was timely proactive and reactive. Clear info online pre-stay & effective directives & advice while there. Much appreciated. Parking was ample as advertised between regular family hours. If you return too late though spaces will be gone and you will have to park away from vehicular protection at your own risk. Your vehicle is protected and safe if you park where advertised. Much appreciated. The front main door off the street leading to the Gallant apartment needs to be fixed to shut & secure fully on its own without assistance to give new patrons peace of mind. Upon first interaction with it, it leaves to mind that it can be easily compromised. Gallants external window is directly to Market Street. You will hear street noise. The air conditioning (cooling mode) did work but it did not feel like we could control it because it would not go lower than a certain temperature when demanded. It felt a little humid at times although the temp held mostly at 73. One of the bedrooms adjoining bathroom’s roll door should be wider to help for complete privacy from another or others from inside of the adjoining bedroom.Somethings to bring-extension cord(s)-2 to 3 prong outlet adapters-playing cardsEverything good is in walking distance!

Good location for NuLu activities in a spacious and updated condo.Communication with Sean was clear and timely.Would stay here again.

Very clean and attractive unit. Sean is a very responsive host and easy to communicate with. There were some minor issues that he addressed promptly and cordially. Minimalist modern decor is skimpy on storage. Could have used a dresser in the main bedroom.

Great location, very clean, we did not stay in room that long. Basement had a terrible musty smell to it and as soon as we walked into the unit our throats started itching. One of our guests came home with bronchitis and she was the one who stayed in the basement.
