The stone walkway leading to the front door would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We had great weather but it would be treacherous if there was snow and ice. Very pretty setting with the creek and large windows.

There were 10 of us and this was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful location and everything was just great!

Susan and Luis's home never disappoints. It is called paradise valley for a reason...This is my fourth time renting from them and every time it is time to leave, I am already planning when I can come back next. It is private, serene, full of character and charm. It's the perfect location in between Bozeman, Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone National Park North Entrance. They fill the space with beautiful relics, books, games and it has the old school Montana charm. This trip I arrived after dark and could not wait for the morning to step outside with my tea and soak in the beautiful rock face and trail creek right out of the front door. I even saw a little hare running across the creek on this trip and many deer coming through property to drink from the clean crisp creek. I can't express how special this property is. Until next time, cheers! Thank you!

Outdoor location was wonderful- by the river and great outdoor areas for gathering. Inside has some deferred maintenance and needs some overall TLC. Bring an eye mask if you like your room dark to go to sleep. Our family overall enjoyed the week and the proximity to Yellowstone and Livingston is great!
