Overall our stay was great. Patio/space/view were great. Easy beach/pool access. Check in/out was a breeze. Some things I would suggest: 1. Listing says you’ll have everything you need to make a gourmet meal, but there’s no salt/pepper and the one spatula was sitting dirty in the drawer. All the cookware could be updated cause it’s scratched up teflon :/ 2. They give you a dish sponge but no dish soap. A small bottle cost 1. That’s an easy thing that could be provided so guests don’t have to go find it at a store. 3. The guest shower didn’t drain very well and felt soft under the tub so bathrooms could use an update. 4. The couches could be bigger/more comfortable. They felt like kid couches lol 5. Two towels per bathroom for a whole week is not enough. 5. Needs more blankets. The bedding is thin…. Our stay was good but for the price, we’ve stayed in much nicer/better equipped for cheaper.

The view was great!

The Condo was exactly as described in the listing. We spend several weeks a year in the gulf area, and this condo was perfect for our needs. Everything was great.

Young families intentionally book a condo with basics like wifi, pool, and coffee on-site. Wifi was out the entire time. Management was quick and polite in response; hesitant to take responsibility; very slow to send help. They are closed on nights and Sundays, which for a resort management company is absurd. The 3rd night without help I hunted down a family-friendly DVD, but the player wouldn’t show up on the TV’s inputs and the remote didn’t even have batteries. A wasted hour and $20. Took disappointed kids down to a “pool closed” sign, especially hard with no internet (which meant no smart TV). It had apparently been closed for weeks for repairs, but the listing still has it open. Halfway through 3rd full day, maintenance eventually came to address the growing list. He fiddled with the internet & said he’d send out a specialist (who never came). He gave up on the DVD player without explanation. Keurig was broken, but he insisted that was the owner’s problem. Microwave made unsettling sounds which made us afraid to use it but he just shrugged at that. Between VRBO, the owner, property management, and the building association, it was impossible to know who to talk to about what and if anyone could or would help when problems arose. At every turn whatever I was dealing with was the other guy’s fault and only my problem. If not for the convenient location and perfect weather, the lack of hospitality would have entirely ruined this trip for us.
