Noisy people upstairs. Old, hard to close bathroom door, yucky shower curtain with mold stains. The shower curtain was clearly washed, but moldy stains. The property in and of itself is beautiful, and I would 100% stay again, but I am not too picky.

Nice spot to stay in Estes right on the river with an amazing restaurant on the property.
