- 4th stay, twice before the renovations and twice after, and it still never disappoints.
- Amazing location and fantastic staff.
- Breakfast is excellent, with a huge variety of options.
- Pool is simply amazing.
- The Azul team was happy to prepare pasta for our kid even though it wasn’t on the menu, highly appreciated.
- Kids Club: We were not informed that it would be completely closed in mid-September. Not only could we not leave our child there, but we couldn’t even use the playground with our child ourselves.
- Pool sunbeds: Several beds require an additional payment of around €250, which is new compared to last years. I find this excessive. These beds remained empty for the entire week.
- Azul menu: The food quality has declined compared with previous stays and felt more like fast food than the high-quality cuisine we experienced before.
- Overall still 10/10 - we’re big fans of the hotel and will happily return. That said, we noticed some downgrades compared with our previous stays, which we hope will be addressed.

The location is good with tennis on site. The pool was big, the common areas are nice.
The staff, although friendly, are not professional and are incompetent. The ground around the pool was always dirty. The room was never properly cleaned. The breakfast was average, with few choices and mediocre quality. The rooftop pool was very dirty, and no service was offered until late afternoon. From our room, we could hear the highway. Windows were not double-glazed or of good quality.
