Was welcomed by Karen with a lovely warm smile and right away made me feel at home. Room was lovely and perfect for a solo traveller. Very close to public transport so no need to drive into Edinburgh. Car stayed put. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was well appointed and shower amazing. Definitely would return and also recommend.

This was a home stay and it truly felt like a home from home. I had access to my own wet room which was clean and had ample towels and toiletries. The room was small but a comfortable size and still had a kettle like in a hotel so I could make a hot drink. Karen, the host was kind and welcoming. She made sure to ask me beforehand what I wanted for breakfast after she knew I was doing a race the next day after my stay. The property was easy to find and on a regular bus route (bus no 16) and within 30 minute but journey from central Edinburgh. The neighbourhood was really quiet. For me this was a huge plus.

I felt immediately very much at home at Karen‘s home. I received a warm welcome, the room was spotlessly clean and provided everything I needed. As I had a lot of luggage, i had the use of the adjacent room to spread out which had a little fridge which was great. The very spacious private shower room was fabulous too. Karen is a very uncomplicated host, always concerned that I had everything and that I was comfortable. I can highly recommend staying there and I will surely be back. Thank you Karen and John for all your efforts, I loved it at yours x
There is nothing not to like.

The hosts were wonderful, kind hearted, friendly& nothing was too much trouble. They were lovely people and made me feel very welcome and I felt an intimate bond with them. The best place I've probably ever stopped, including some 4 star properties!. Will 💯% definitely be going back to stay in the not too distant future. Will be a great memory for me.😍
Nothing to do with property, which was near perfect, just a bit confusing the council having called every road with a similar name.?

"Host veramente accogliente e pronto ad ogni consiglio. Struttura un po' periferica ma ne vale assolutamente la pena di alloggiarci."
