The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of air conditioning available. The location was near the beach, restaurants and a supermarket.

The building stank like dirty fish oil for the first 6 days. There was one room with 2 beds instead of one double bed. Also they gave us towels after we asked them for it, but it wasn't communicated to us that they weren't available. We also had to give then cash while I had to guarantee my payment with a master card. It was weird but I didn't mind until we had to get the cash from an atm, and I had to pay 80+ euros for a transaction fee. They must have known this and it made me uncomfortable. Especially after I found out there was an atm nearby with much cheaper transaction costs. I also missed some normal cups for coffee or tea, they only provided 4 glasses. There were dirty and old sponges in near the sink.
