My experience at this Hotel was SUPER AMAZING. This Hotel richly deserves 100, NOT just 10, and it’s one of the BEST places I've stayed in, so let me explain why. Location: Very Great Location. I was able to find so many things around me that whenever you walk in any direction, you will find restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. Plus, the Bursa Grand Bazaar is nearby too and there’s a beautiful park not very far as well. Hotel Room & Staff: I booked at this Hotel after reading the great positive reviews and it was as I had read and frankly they really make you feel like a family member and at home. The Room was Super clean, with a very comfortable bed & chairs and a very clean bathroom, and everything inside is at a high-standard level, well organized and wonderful. The breakfast is excellent and so delicious, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone always smiles at you and is ready around the clock to provide you with any support you may need and assist you from the bottom of their hearts. As a result, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Excellent Manager Hakan, and his amazing team Hasan, Ediz, Ahmed, Merve, Ugur, Abdul Fatah, Kalander, Adeeb & Nael, and the Restaurant Skylux staff Zainab, Korhan & Mahmut, housekeeping, and everyone for their cooperation, assistance, professionalism, and support all the time. Therefore, with NO doubt, I strongly recommend this Hotel 100% and I look forward to coming back again when I visit Bursa to enjoy staying at this Great Hotel 👍

Absolutely AMAZING luxury feel hotel the minute you walk in- tasteful decor with an Arabic feeling of taste and decor. I felt this could easily be a 5 star hotel in Dubai, UAE! Hakkan the older and experienced manager was extremely polite and welcoming and offered me a free upgrade to a superior double room . He was conversational and very professional. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the view I got from my room was facing Beutiful Bursa and a panoramic view! The layout of the room is fantastic and an equaly tasteful bathroom is provided with a rainshower. My night was one of the best and comfortable nights so than you as I had been sleep deprived in previous hotels! Breakfast on the Sky Lux lounge- top floor was the highlight of the hotel offering panoramic views of the whole of Bursa . The windows were pulled down so there was the outer feel of nature coming in- very Al Fresco which makes this hotel so worth staying at. Breakfast was lovely - just what you needed but as I was very early, no cooked eggs/ omelettes were on offer. Staff were polite and breakfast was served in equal style! Thank you to the Kitchen staff for this! I ordered room service but it arrived late and wasnt that impressive but served its purpose. I was very happy when an ironing board and steam iron was already provided in the hotel room which many Turkish hotels do not provide so thanks again for this! As if the hotel could not get any better, Urrs at the check-out desk was extremely professional and hospitable. After a lovely conversation, I left in a taxi arranged by the front desk, only to realise at the bus station that I had forgotten my passport in the hotel safe. I called the hotel, and Urrs immediately checked and confirmed it had been found. With Hakkan’s authorisation, my passport was sent to me by taxi and arrived within 20 minutes, just in time for me to catch my coach. Exceptional service and care.This is a MUST hotel for service, location and comfort. Tessukerler!

Even the delay of my room service was not bad as the well spoken English Guest relations was so polite!

The location was close to koza han. The food was good.

Staff was not friendly and welcoming. Parking was not at the property. Luggage loadung and unloading was a problem.
