I was charged an additional $150 and I don't know why. The charge just showed up on my card the day before my stay. I had already prepaid. What is this charge and why? I don't like be charged without knowing – it feels dishonest.

The pool area was cool. The lock/unlock feature with the phone was OK.
The room was not laid out well. The bed was across from the bathroom and the TV and window were in a separate space. Our view was only OK - mostly looked onto Ponce City Market and not the city itself. Worst of all was the bathroom. Soap was empty, body wash was empty, and the shower had no lip so the water went all over the bathroom floor. Made no sense.
