Fiona’s 2 bedroomed guest suite in Central Coquitlam was conveniently located to the Skytrain which takes you to downtown Vancouver in 50 minutes. The property is also very close to a large mall and a number of out of town retailers. In addition there are many nice walks close to the property that will cater for those wanting a nice stroll or those seeking a more demanding trail
The 2 bedroomed property itself had everything we needed for a two week stay and the owner Fiona was quick to answer all the messages sent and helped us to get the right transport for an important occasion we needed to attend in Vancouver. The only thing that we felt needed attention was the sink tap in the bathroom which did not deliver hot water. This however did not take away from our enjoyable stay. We would be happy to return.

The location is very practical with all the shops and restaurants you could want within walking distance. Easy access to the sky train as well for going into Vancouver! Beds were comfy. Flat was clean. Although we didn’t cook, we only had breakfast, the kitchen was well equipped. Host was very friendly and at your disposal.
A shame there are no sidewalks in front of the houses on the street. Also, the fence as you step out of the flat is broken and potentially dangerous. We made sure to show it to my mom so she would take care not to lose her balance when stepping down.

近くにオーガニックスーパーやアジア系スーパーなどあり、近くのお散歩コースも素晴らしく美しい。立地が最高でした。お部屋はとても綺麗で、キッチン用品も揃っていました。治安も良く静かです。
包丁が切れなかったので途中で購入しました。困った事と言えばそれだけです。

The location was excellent — close to a strip mall where I could easily get groceries and food. The host was very kind and provided clear and detailed instructions, which made everything easy. The suite also has a shared laundry room, and both the washer and dryer worked perfectly, which was really convenient.
As the property is close to nature, there were a few insects around occasionally. They were harmless, but it’s something to be aware of.
