The villa is spacious and comfortable place to stay. It has a nice private garden with a hammock and outdoor equipment, as well as private parking. The villa has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, which is very convenient for a group. There is also a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, a washing machine, a sofa and a dining area. The owners were pleasant and responsive to our requests, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, there was a persistent sewage smell in the villa during our stay. The smell was unpleasant and had an impact on our overall experience. For this reason, we strongly recommend that future guests contact the owners before booking and confirm that the sewage smell issue has been completely resolved. The villa has good potential, but this is currently a significant issue that should be addressed before staying there. Other suggestions for improvement: A few relatively small additions could make the stay even more comfortable and enhance the property’s appeal to guests: softer towels (or towels washed with fabric softener), larger mugs, a simple toaster for making toasts and a coffee machine with capsules. It would also be helpful to have towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms. These are small improvements that could noticeably enhance the guest experience and the overall value of the property as a rental.

המטבח מעט קטן, אבל אין בעיה להסתדר. אין מדיח.

Къщата беше разположена във високата част на Сапарева баня и имаше страхотна гледка към планината. Имаше всичко необходимо за един чудесен престой, от маса със столове навън, люлки и дори малка пързалка и катерушка за детето ни, до капсули за кафе. Всяка стая беше обзаведена модерно, с вкус и много старание. Изключително чиста и красива къща! Препоръчвам на всеки, който търси приятна обстановка за своята почивка.

Няма такова! Може би, но то е по скоро като коментар, не и като нещо кой знае какво негативно- мивките в двете бани на втория етаж бяха доста красиви, но не толкова практични. Чучурите на смесителите бяха разположени почти до ръбчето на мивката и трябваше да се пусне силна струя вода, за да може да си измиеш ръцете или лицето над мивката без да се излива водата наоколо.
