Comfortable apartment in the heart of Indianapolis. There was coffee available and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was quick in answering upon check in. The washer and dryer is a plus.
The carpet in the rooms. The bathtub drain is seriously clogged and needs to be unclogged. The exterior windows also need a thorough cleaning, although we understand that this is a building maintenance issue.

Location was great!
6 / 10Nella media·lug 2026
I loved the location. And the space, ambiance was decent. Loved the security and convenience of not having to keep up with a key or card! Loved the trash being outside in an enclosed room not too far from the apartment. Nice size refrigerator. Loved that utensils and cooking supplies were furnihed! Apartment not too far from the elevator!
The cleanliness. There's mold in the clothes washer and dishwasher! Stunk very bad, had knats. I had to really bleach clean in the bathroom plus de-clog the drain in the shower because we were standing in ankle deep water, was very gross declogging prior tenants hair and product. There's mold in the shower. I would suggest having someone clean before renting out.
