Location was good. Staff very cordial. Room very comfortable.
Coffee too strong. I drink it black and could drink more than a couple sips. Scrambled eggs hard and tasteless, same thing everyday.

Room was not ready even though booked several months in advance, and checked in late in day.

The breakfast staff! Lou and Katherine were so helpful. The food and the service were excellent. The two of them really stand out as exemplary employees.
We got there to check in at 5:30 pm. Our room wasn’t ready. Quite a number of other travelers were coming in at the same time and had the same problem. Only one staff member was there trying to help everyone. I asked her to check with housekeeping for a time. She did, but this caused grumbling by whoever was on the other end of phone call who then hung up. They were short staffed and it sure showed! BTW Elevator floor was really dirty.

Clean nice and good room
Sadly a lot of noise in the hallway which kept us awake. No idea why people run around , yell and knock on doors.
