Staff met us on site. Highly engaging. Transported our luggage for us while we drove the buggy. Exceptional experience!

The location and the size of the apartment . The connection to and from the airport was great and very friendly staff. It was nice and quiet .
There was no pool or any outside areas. The courtyard had a broken umbrella so no shade and actually the main couch had no cushions so you couldn’t sit there. There were a few unclean areas . The tv upstairs didn’t work and the very old aircon was loud and not so good.
