I liked that the room was very clean and bright and so close to the old town.
Nothing!

Location perfect for Central Bologna
Stated breakfast but it was only packaged bread and jams and coffee

The place is an apartment of four rooms and shared kitchen in beautiful vintage building in historic Bologna. I booked a single room. It is very clean and cosy. The restaurants recommended by the host are fantastic. There was limited choice at the time of my booking. Anyway the payable price is quite high for the room.
The air-con is very noisy. There was limited choice at the time of my booking. Anyway the payable price is quite high for the room.

The location is great, it couldn't be more central unless it was inside the City hall building.
It was relatively quiet.
The cleaning staff was super helpful and delightful. Real MVPs.
The images in the listings are a bit misleading. What you have is a room with a private bathroom, but the kitchen is in common with the rest of the quests.
The bed creaked every time I got out of it. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet in any meaningful manner.
The AC sounded like a diesel tractor every time the compressor started.
For the price (even though I understand why it costs so much for the period in which we visited) is absolutely not worth it.
