the house is a gem. comfortable beds. AC is just OK. the pool is terrific. the views [from the pool only] are wonderful. the staff is very kind. greta helped with many arrangements.

there are MANY things that make the beautiful house quite terrible. 1. the lighting. the controls to turn on and off lights are far too complicated, and shouldn't be. they detract from the ease one desires on vacation. 2. the toilets are modern beauties. BUT unbelievably uncomfortable. it is very odd. 3. they scheduled a landscaper on one of our afternoons, and they were there for many hours on a beautiful afternoon. we were at the pool and the workers were working all around us with loud equipment. this should have been better organized. 4. one day we took a shower and water started dripping into the floor below. overall, less than a cup of water. we communicated it immediately and took pictures. there was no follow up regarding whether it was okay to continue showering in this shower. we did - but rapid showers, to be safe. a week after we left, we were sent a bill for $750. for taking a shower! 5. there is a sauna in one of the bathrooms. no instructions. so, we didnt use it. we were sent a bill for $250 for damage to the sauna. we hadn't touched it.
