Located in the beautiful coveted and gated community of Windsor Hills Resort and just a few miles to Walt Disney World, our 3 bed, 3 bath townhome is perfect for your family vacation.
This 2 story townhome walkable to resort style pool with waterpark (Included at no additional cost!)
-Private Oasis with heated pool
-Gated and secure neighborhood
-Free on site parking
-10 minutes to Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom)
-5 minutes to 24/7 Walmart and restaurants

-Fully stocked and equipped kitchen for cooking and baking

-Pool can be heated (there is an additional cost) screened-in patio/lanai, and NO rear neighbors

Due to severe allergies, we are unable to host pets in this unit.
Free, designated, on-site parking for 1 car driveway and additional parking on either side of the building within a few steps. Maximum of 3 cars. (Oversized parking for RVs and boats available with notice!)
Ring Video Doorbell at the front door and facing the pool equipment in the back. No cameras view the inside of the property or the pool area.
Please note to our future guests that this home is classed as "self-providing." We do not leave any food or products that could attract pests, for the cleanliness for our guests. We provide the basic package of a toilet roll in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets. We only provide this basic package to help you start with your vacation needs.
Windsor Hills resort is a gated community which is manned 24/7. As for the community rules, there is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home, which includes daily visitors. All clubhouse amenities are included in your stay. Daily visitors are not allowed to use the clubhouse amenities, only guests staying on property.
****Please note, Windsor Hills has scheduled the clubhouse pool resurfacing September 1st- October 6th 2024. Water park will be opened during this time****
