The location was excellent, with nearby transport, shops, and attractions. The kitchen was well stocked. The check-in/out process was clear and smooth.
Several improvements are needed. The light switches require repair or replacement due to difficulty in turning lights on or off. The dining room TV should be replaced because of screen faults. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable and need to be replaced with new ones. Overall, the apartment needs general renovation. Additionally, the entrance card was problematic, as it was broken and taped, requiring multiple attempts to work with the reader.
